Nonwoven fabric made of mechanically bonded fibres
Needlepunch is a nonwoven fabric made from fibres of variable lengths mechanically carded and bonded by inserting barbed needles to facilitate the entanglement of the fibres. The nonwoven fabric can be heat set and/or calendered during this process.
NEEDLEPUNCH PROPERTIES: The needle punched nonwoven fabrics are made of polyester or polypropylene fibres, from 80 to 600 g/m².
NEEDLEPUNCH MEASUREMENTS: Multiples from 4 metres wide.
NEEDLEPUNCH FINISHES: Multiple finishing options, such as thermofixing, calendering, etc.
NEEDLEPUNCH USES: Furniture and mattresses, advertising and digital printing, industrial uses, single-use items.
