At NV Evolutia we believe that sustainability is not a trend, but a responsibility. That is why today we proudly share news that reinforces our commitment to the planet: we have obtained FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) environmental certification.

This international recognition guarantees that the materials we sell come from responsibly managed sources, ensuring the traceability of our nonwoven from the origin to the end customer. But for us, it’s not just about complying with regulations. It is a way of doing things right, respecting the environment.

NV Evolutia, through the “DIGITALIZA 2023” aid offered by IVACE (Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness), has carried out a project consisting of the implementation and launch of a digitalization solution in the company’s activity.

Specifically, NV Evolutia has implemented software to improve product cost breakdown and production process cost calculation.

With the help of the project, NV Evolutia improves efficiently and digitally, taking a further step in the process of adapting to the concept of Industry 4.0.

The subsidized cost has been 5,406 €.

At NV Evolutia, we are aware of the importance of caring for, maintaining, and promoting actions that directly influence social, environmental, and economic spheres, not only for our internal and external stakeholders but also on a global level. That is why we have carried out initiatives that have allowed us to align with the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the United Nations Global Compact.

We have installed photovoltaic panels, changed electricity contracts to night rates, replaced lighting with LED, installed light sensors in passageways and offices, and implemented a new management program to optimize production planning and meet our customers’ needs.

We have also integrated corporate social responsibility into our business policy, with gestures such as flexible working hours for our team.

 

NV Evolutia, through the line “Grants for investments to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of industrial SMEs in the sectors of the Valencian Community of footwear, ceramics, metal-mechanical, textile, toys, marble, wood-furniture and lighting, chemical, automotive, plastic, packaging, paper and graphic arts, waste recovery, biotechnology, audiovisual production and video game production, within the fourth phase of implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Valencian industry for the 2021 financial year”, convened by the DEPARTMENT OF SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY, PRODUCTIVE SECTORS, TRADE AND LABOR has received a grant of €23,782.50 for the execution of the project Implementation of an ERP system in the company NV Evolutia and acquisition of a forklift.

NV company promotes quality as a fundamental element for achieving its objectives, consolidating the company and its growth. Therefore, in a process that has lasted five months, the company NV EVOLUTIA, S.L. has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification.

With the ISO 9001:2015 standard, the main objective of the company is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, through compliance with the procedures established by the standard, proper execution, and meeting established timeframes. Likewise, to guarantee continuous improvement of products, as well as quality in daily work and the decision-making process.

This internationally recognized standard is the most widely used in the world and provides a framework and a set of principles to ensure a logical approach to management with the aim of satisfying both customers and stakeholders.

The company NV EVOLUTIA, S.L. has carried out a PRODUCT INNOVATION project for response to health emergencies (INNOVAProD-CV Covid) through the development of new TNT applications for masks and gowns.

The project aims to obtain new formats as well as a new finish for nonwoven fabrics (TNT). Its use has been intended for the supply of sanitary and hygienic products, especially masks and gowns, to address the need to curb the COVID-19 disease.

For the execution of this project, NV EVOLUTIA, S.L. has obtained financial support from IVACE through the Program (INNOVA ProD-CV Covid).

 

IVACE (Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness) promotes new technological developments in the Valencian industry to evolve and position itself as a strong, competitive sector of international reference.

NV Evolutia has participated in IVACE’s Industry 4.0 program to achieve a new boost in process innovation, specifically with digitalization.

With the help of the project, NV Evolutia will be able to process its data efficiently and digitally, taking another step in the process of adapting to the concept of Industry 4.0.

For the execution of this project, NV Evolutia, S.A. has obtained financial support from IVACE through the Digitaliza C.V. program, also for having been selected for the project in the ERDF O.P. of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.
